Although we are able to eventually identify all payments, confirming your payment in due time will help to speed up your order processing. We recommend that you confirm payment for your order especially if it originated from a bank account NOT under the name on the order. Confirmation of your payment is not required for orders paid using PayPal or credit card.

You can find your Order ID in the confirmation email sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Physical or digital transfer receipt is not required, unless specifically requested.
