SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are sent from our distribution centre in Bandung and will be dispatched within 3 days after the payment has been cleared in our account.

We ship to all cities across Indonesia. All national orders will be delivered via JNE. Delivery rates and times will vary depending on your shipping address.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the public holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Czarre takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. If for any reason, the product(s) sent to you does not meet your expectations, Czarre will exchange or refund your order within 7 business days of your receipt, in accordance with the following:

– Returned product(s) must be in original condition, unwashed, unused in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
– All shipping fees will be borne by you, including the initial and the return shipping costs.
– Initial shipping costs will be subtracted from refund total.
– Please notify us before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
– Used merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange.
– Personalized and custom orders will not be accepted for refund, although alterations may be possible.

If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 (business) days of the delivery of your purchase. Once we have confirmed your eligibility for return or exchange, we will explain the return and exchange procedure including the postal address where you can send the products to.

All purchases of sale products are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale products, except for defective items.
