Following are questions most frequently asked by our customers.
You are welcomed to do an exchange for the product purchased at the store.
Exchanges are done in the store directly.
- Product return period is only valid for a maximum 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
- Returned product is required in its new, original condition and in its original packaging.
- Original invoice is to be presented with the exchange of product.
- Product exchange can be done with replacement product, depending on availability, with the same or greater price based on payment amount.
- PT. Czarre Lembayung Lestari has the right to determine the final decision regarding product exchanges.
